Soon after Sara moved to Colorado in 1996, she began the process of having a new home built for her family. It was apparent to her that the process contained major gaps which often caused stress and frustration for herself and her builder. Out of this sometimes stormy experience came the silver cloud of homebuyer education, a much-needed addition to the home building industry.
